For New York and Pennsylvania homeschool families

Your homeschool records, kept all year.

Send us quick updates as you go. We keep your records organized and hand you finished drafts of the paperwork your state asks for, each one checked by a real person.

Teaching is the good part. The paperwork piles up.

Quarterly reports, hour counts, reading logs, portfolios and evaluator meetings each come with their own deadline. Notes end up scattered across planners, phones and sticky notes, and too often it all gets pieced together the night before something is due.

We think you should be able to spend your evenings on your kids, not on reconstructing what you did last October.

How it works

  1. 1

    Send your logs

A short weekly form or an email reply: subjects, books, hours, and a photo of work when you have one.

  2. 2

    We keep the records

We organize everything all year, track your hours or days, and remind you before each deadline.

  3. 3

    You get finished drafts

A real person reviews every document before it reaches you. You read it, sign it, and file it.

Questions

Do you file the paperwork for me?

No. We prepare drafts and keep your records. You review, sign and send everything to your school district or evaluator yourself.

Is this legal advice?

No. Evergreen Homeschool Records is a record-keeping and document-preparation service, not a law firm, and nothing we provide is legal advice. You remain responsible for meeting your state's homeschool requirements and for filing on time. If you have a legal question, contact a homeschool legal organization or an attorney.

Which states do you serve?

New York and Pennsylvania for now.

What do I need to send?

Short updates as you go: what you covered, what you read, the hours or days you taught, and a few work samples. A weekly form takes a few minutes.

How do you protect my family's information?

We collect only what your records need, never health or immunization records, and keep files in secured accounts. Our privacy policy will explain exactly which tools we use.

Will my children have accounts?

No. The service is for parents only.
